# Introduction

Tasket is Neo's work management platform - a live workspace where each task holds its own discussions, documents, spreadsheets, files, and AI sessions. Everything a piece of work needs lives inside it, making it AI ready by design.

## **How work is organised**

Work in Tasket is organised in a clear hierarchy. Your organisation sits at the top, made up of teams. Each team contains projects, and each project contains tasks grouped into sections. Everyone who is a member or guest of a team can access everything within it.

Tasket also lets you create a direct task between any two people. Instead of sending a request over email where it can get buried, a direct task gives that work an owner, watchers, and an update trail that runs until the work is done.

## **Key capabilities**

* **Complete context in one place.** Each task has tabs for comments, Studio documents and spreadsheets, files, and Friday AI sessions. Everything the task needs lives inside it.
* **Flexible work desk.** The screen splits into three columns: one for navigating tasks, and two wide columns that support multiple tabs each. Open a task's documents, AI sessions, other tasks, or files side by side without managing separate windows.
* **Updates inbox.** A dedicated Updates tab lists every task you're involved in that has had new activity. Items stay in the list until you explicitly mark them read or dismiss them.
* **Instant and offline.** Every action in Tasket is instantaneous, with no load times. Tasket also works fully offline; comments, documents, and files sync back automatically when you reconnect.
* **Free guests.** You can assign tasks to any email address, inside or outside your organization. Guests join at no cost.
* **Multiple assignees.** Any task can have more than one person doing the work, not just one owner.
